Hotel De L'Horloge Avignon

We loved the location of this hotel, just steps away from the main square. The terrace rooms were a great choice, offering a relaxing spot with sweeping views over the city. The staff, especially Emmanuel, were incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful experience during the Avignon Festival. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great downtown location, surrounded by numerous dining options. Convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to main attractions. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms add to the pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff make for a delightful experience. The breakfast is amazing, with attentive and charming service.

The room was spacious and comfortable, a nice surprise for Europe. the staff, although a bit overwhelmed during peak times, were competent and helpful. the hotel had a great location, close to popular attractions and a good selection of restaurants.

The room rates were quite high for what we received. the room itself was run down and in need of maintenance.

This place has a great location right on the main square a minute's walk from the palace. It's impeccably positioned for the city's attractions, making it the perfect place to stay. The staff were very kind and had warm hospitality, from the chambermaids to those assisting and organising transport for me.

Although the restaurant was booked, the team here were very accommodating and set up in-room breakfast, providing a welcome drink and coffee/tea in the lobby. The leisure facilities were a nice touch too, with a TV room and Wi-Fi available.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities, including a nice bath with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, right in the center of this beautiful city.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city. It's just a short walk to Horloge square where you can find cafes with breakfast options starting at €6. It's also conveniently close to all the attractions that I wanted to see and the main shopping area. The room was clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the terrace offered a lovely view over the rooftops.

One aspect of the hotel that could be improved is the air conditioning. It seemed to be non-existent or not very effective, making the room quite uncomfortable during hot weather.

Great location with easy access to key attractions and restaurants. the room size was decent and had a lovely view. I appreciated the warm welcome and the fruit basket in the room. the staff was friendly and helpful in providing suggestions for places to visit.

The noise from neighboring rooms and corridor was disturbing. the doors slammed shut loudly and conversations could be heard easily.

The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful, even arranging for a doctor to visit a guest who fell ill. There are comfortable sitting rooms and a computer for internet access. The breakfast room is light and airy, offering a wide variety of food options.

There can be a long wait for the small elevator to take you up to your room.

During my time at Hotel De L'Horloge, I experienced a minor issue with the shower. The water temperature was a bit too hot for my liking.
